Trouble Completing Order?

If your order is not going through, make sure all the required fields in the checkout are filled in. Required fields are marked with an *. 

Occasionally ad-blockers might interfere in the check out progress. if the selected payment method requires a new window to be opened in order to complete the payment. It’s always a good idea to deactivate the ad-blocker temporarily during checkout

If you're still having trouble, it may help to clear the cookies from your browser history or try a different browser (chrome, firefox, explorer, etc) or device (laptop, iPhone, etc).

If the problem continues, then return to the order page. On the very bottom right hand corner of that page you will find a small 7 digit number that is a unique identifier for that specific item you are trying to purchase. Write down that number and contact support and we can help place the order for you.
