When you purchase products from Viralstyle.com, you are required to enter your name & email address at checkout. This email address is a very important part of the process used for two reasons:
1.) Confirmation of purchase & tracking information upon shipment will be sent to this email address.
2.) When you call/email into the Viralstyle Support Team, they'll use this email address to locate your order in our system.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, we've found that there are 2 main reasons why this may be:
1.) You have used PayPal for a quick purchase & checkout. Your PayPal email address may not be your primary email, but this will be the email address we use for numbers 1 & 2 listed above. Please be sure to check your junk/spam under this email address as well.
2.) Credit/Debit Card, there was a typographical error (typo) when adding your email address at checkout. Most common typos are seen below:
TLD typo
".con", instead of ".com"
".ney", instead of ".net"
etc., etc.
Name or Symbol typo
"suppory@virlstyle.com" instead of "support@viralstyle.com"
"support$viralstyle.com" instead of "support@viralstyle.com"
In these cases the Viralstyle Support Specialist should be able to locate your order in our system by searching the full-name (first & last) you used to check out. They can then resend confirmation email so you have it for your records.
NOTE: Viralstyle Support can also locate these orders in our system by using the transaction ID in your PayPal account, or by searching the credit/debit card information through our merchant. Please have this information ready in the event that all else above was not useful.
