The moment you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. That email will let you know when your item is scheduled to go into printing. If the item has not yet been printed, we can change the size or color of your choosing.
Once the item begins its printing process or the item has already shipped, we can no longer edit the order. All of our items are custom printed and we do not keep stock of any item we sell. If you are beyond the timeframe of being able to make a change on your order, you are not without options. Please reach out to Customer at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be able to assist you from there.
