You may have received a package (delivered to your return address) which was intended for your customer. Why was it delivered to you? In most cases, several attempts were made to deliver the package to your buyer, but they were not successful.
if the address is deemed "Undeliverable, Not Safe, Insufficient or Missing Apartment #", the carrier has been instructed to redirect the package back to your return address.
We do this for 2 reasons, 1st being that you've paid for the product & shipping in full, 2nd being that if the buyer reaches out to you he/she can arrange an alternate or sufficient address to reship.
We do not have the ability to handle a reship at this time. We are planning on creating a similar feature in the upcoming months, we'll notify our users at that time.
