If there is an issue with the product (design or garment flaw), Viralstyle will reprint & reship the product to your customer at no additional charge. We require visual confirmation (photo) from the customer to confirm the issue. Please be sure to ask for this visual confirmation when they inquire, this is required before moving forward.
If the customer is not satisfied, and there is no physical issue with the product, you will be responsible for handling this matter. We do not process or handle refunds, returns, re-ships or exchanges.
